Kachemak Bay Family Planning Clinic
KBFPC’s  primary focus is the medically underserved women from age 40-64. They combine door-to-door outreach with regular participation in community events and health fairs. Women who live in remote areas are often culturally and socially isolated, thus benefiting especially from health education outreach services that find them at their homes which are often located on unmaintained roads or have limited seasonal road access.

Southcentral Foundation
Provides increased breast health awareness for Alaska Native and American Indian women who are age 40 and older by promoting breast health knowledge. Program includes coordination with mobile mammography services to provide public education at up to ten mobile mammography village visits, most in remote areas of the state, and providing public education activities throughout Anchorage and the state.  Activities include breast health activities and presentations at the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC) on a weekly basis, as well as partnering with community members to provide breast health events.

The ENCOREplus Program promotes the three-pronged approach to breast cancer early detection. This includes annual mammography screening for women over 40, clinical breast examination (CBE), and monthly breast self examination (BSE) for medically underserved women aged 18-64. United Methodist Mexican-American Ministries
The program provides enhanced outreach services to age and income eligible women through the EDW Program.   While women of all races are served, the target population is Hispanic women age 40-64 without other access to clinical breast exams or Mammograms.  A new but growing population is German Mennonite women, many of whom speak a Low German dialect.  All women in the program are below 225% of the federal poverty line and ineligible for Medicare or Medicaid.

Our Lady Of Bellefonte Hospital Inc.

This program provides breast health services and education to women in northern and eastern Maine. Asian Health & Service Center
This project provides educational outreach to Asian women residing in the tri-county area including Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington on breast health and connect them to early detection programs.  Asian Actions Against Breast Cancer, or Triple-ABC, works to promote awareness of breast health and breast cancer among women in the Portland Metropolitan area aged 40 and older from Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese; and encourage these women to seek early detection through self-examination, clinical breast exams, and annual mammograms. AHSC will achieve this using culturally sensitive community education, linguistically specific outreach, and treatment support in a culturally familiar environment.

Provides community-based education sessions to encourage Native American women to continue to be screened on a regular basis for mammograms  and to discuss the importance of breast health for all women. This project supports the Norma J. Vinger Center for Breast Care Mobile Mammography Coach to the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. The coach frequents the Porcupine Clinic, Prairie Wind Casino, and other accessible sites including schools and grocery store parking lots.
